Don't most guild recruitment posts start with [A] or [H] to help the reader clarify which faction the guild is on before even clicking on the link? Why is it necessary to add more sub-forums when the guilds recruiting have solved this problem for you already?

She does need to create an in-game account HERE Battle.net accounts do not work here. Forum accounts and game accounts are completely separate.

An in-game function that could lock down your account would be abused so hard by players to get people they do not like essentially temp banned for doing nothing. An in-game function for reporting quickly could be useful for just adding said person to a list and after x number of reports it generates a ticket for a GM to investigate this player.

you don't need to change the name of the realmlist.wtf, you need to change the contents. open it in a program like Notepad and edit the contents to the Elysium server information: set realmlist logon.elysium-project.org

Your choice of race should always be "which would you prefer to play" instead of "what everyone says is the best race for ____ class", in my opinion. So your choice of a gnome for your warrior shouldn't be an issue unless you are trying to min-max to the fullest and be #1 dps on some raid log website. From personal experience I see a lot of people recruiting Druids, Mages, Priests, and Warlocks. Warriors are always useful and only get better with gear. Assuming you're decent at the class, you shouldn't have any issues finding a guild looking to recruit you. hope this helps a little.

Looks like a bug, have you tried exiting the game, deleting your WDB folder, and relogging into the game? It may just be an issue with your WDB Folder.

You say you deleted itemcache.wtf, have you tried deleting your entire WDB folder? It is possible an item you were wearing has changed values during the last patch update. Also, if you remove ALL of your gear, does it still show you as having -4 spirit? I am under the assumption it is a WDB folder issue.

Are you reporting these players in-game or just through the forums? Reporting them through the forums is not going to get very far, unfortunately. Try making an in-game ticket and these players will be evaluated and punished accordingly. edit: just clicked through the rest of the photos and see a bunch of GM responses in your mailbox.. so obviously you are making tickets. Everyone knows gold spam in chat and ingame mail is a problem, the issue (or so it seems) is that accounts are free and they can just make more accounts and level characters to 10 and then spam all over again. :\ Botting on the other hand, may be a bit harder to detect, so it requires the players to report these players.

It will always come down to which race and class you would rather play. Horde always seems to have a higher population base, (We are creeping up to having a steady 60% horde population on this server) but because of this, their BG queues are longer than Alliance. They also appear (according to the forums) to have more PUG BG groups and less premades. As Alliance, you can expect to get ganked more often going from point A to point B than if you were a Horde player. At least this has been my experience. As far as PvE goes, I think you will find what you are looking for on either faction. Plenty of guilds forming, recruiting, and raiding

Which server are you on while attempting this? If you are on Elysium or Zeth'kur, I am not sure if that quest is available yet for Warlocks or Paladins. I could be wrong, but I think that is an upcoming patch. Currently those servers are on 1.3.

What's with the NE Paladin on Kronos at #5? What kind of shenanigans are they pulling over there at Kronos. I can only assume it is an error and/or edited log information.. just happened to be the first thing I noticed on that link. Grats on #1! edit: just noticed a Human Paladin that raids with a Horde guild.. seems like a paladin+shaman raid would be kind of OP in vanilla. WF + BoSalv!

If you do not know the email you used to setup your game account, then you may not be able to setup 2FA. If you are positive it is the gmail account that you are using to setup the 2FA, try checking your Spam folder for the email. I don't remember having this issue, but it has been a while since I have setup my own 2FA. Good luck on your setup. Hopefully the email is just being slow and you will receive it sooner than later :) edit: also note, you are unable to change the email address associated with your account. Just in-case you end up being curious.

What program are you using to edit your realmlist.wtf file? If you are using Notepad, it should allow you to add a new line (if not, try enabling Word Wrap?). Any other program I am unsure about, but I imagine there is a way to add a second line.

add it exactly as it is typed out, I believe, on a separate line. I grabbed this from a previous post I had and it seemed to work for some people.

Try this to fix this issue by editing the config file in the WTF folder. Go into the document and add the following lines. set realmlist logon.elysium-project.org SET realmName "Anathema" This should log you onto the Anathema server, if you do not wish to play on that server, feel free to change the name to the server you wish to join, or just change realms once on the character select screen.
