Yes, I read your post, and I gave you an answer based on that information. The only thing I did not mention was the fact that it appears there was a rollback after your initial purchase, which means as far as the server knew, you never made the purchase. IIRC from vanilla, unless you are currently Rank 11, you cannot purchase the Rank 11 mounts. Meaning, you lost Rank 11 when you had decay and cannot purchase them again until Rank 11 is achieved AGAIN. I even gave you an example. Start grinding! Seems like you're not going to have any free time for a while.

I never received a confirmation email for my game account, but I was able to log onto the control panel and log into the servers. Have you tried logging into the server without a confirmation email?

iirc you had to buy the gear while you were that rank, if you decayed, you lost your chance at it until you obtain that rank again. I only think this was true, because I know of a paladin that got R14, then when they updated the gear and added new weapons, he did the grind again, back to R14, to buy the new weapons. I am not sure if that holds true here however.

Server transfers are not possible here, at least not at this time. The two servers are on different timelines, so moving from Anathema to Elysium would likely never happen unless the timelines were caught up. Your best bet is just to have one of you move to one or the other's server.

I do understand it is frustrating to have to look and report these people, because it should definitely have been taken care of already by the devs... but here is what I found in a quick search on realmplayers.com of the higher ranked horde and alliance honor farmers. PLEASE TAKE THIS INFO WITH A GRAIN OF SALT! An in-game screenshot of their gear is all the devs will take as confirmation! I have no idea how often this is updated and how accurate it actually is, but the site does differentiate between the level 60 and level 58 gear, as you can see some of these players have purchased the level 58 gear recently, but still showing they are using the level 60 gear. More and more reports of characters "being deleted"... leaving you with your character naked is one thing, leaving you without a character all is savage lol can't help but push 2FA more and more! secure your stuff! I still wonder if some people's clients aren't changing their realm and they think they are deleted, but not checking the other realms to make sure they are selected on the right realm. I will just assume people aren't that unaware.

Either the person is botting or not very observant. I can only assume a person controlling that character would get annoyed and leave the area if a rogue kept tagging all of your mobs and then letting you kill them.

Try this to fix this issue by editing the config file in the WTF folder. Go into the document and add the following lines. set realmlist logon.elysium-project.org SET realmName "Anathema" This should log you onto the Anathema server, if you do not wish to play on that server, feel free to change the name to the server you wish to join, or just change realms once on the character select screen. I am unaware if this will fix your issue or if DDoS is still occurring, but the instant disconnects leads me to believe you're having the same issue as others, which is mainly when loading up the 1.12.1 client, the game is attempting to connect you to a Test Realm that is not available and disconnecting you.

What does a DPS warrior need with an extra 200 armor? It is stated earlier in this thread that the warrior was a Fury main and tanking but rolling on Fury gear.

This must be mainly happening during EU prime-times. I have been logging in from 5pm EST until 11pm EST and had not had any issues with disconnects or lag. Not sure if this is totally true for everyone or maybe I am just getting lucky with my connections being stable.

looking around the forums for 2 minutes would answer all of your questions :) Elysium servers have been dealing with a DDoS attack for the last few days. It is all over the forum annoucements, twitter, etc.

Technically the thread you started is titled "Stopping the gold spam / account theft".He made a comment about a friend's account being hacked/stolen. This could of been prevented (assuming it happened since 2FA was enabled) if his friend had 2FA enabled. 2FA is there to help guard against account theft. I also read that you are not concerned with your own account, but the accounts of others, but the best way to help combat account theft is to help inform others about 2FA and how to activate it on their account. Unfortunately, I do not seem to have problems with gold seller whispers because I do not get more than one per night, which is very easy to ignore. I also do not hang in out world/general/trade chat unless I am needing something from any of those channels.

If your friend would of enabled 2FA, it would have been impossible for them to hack his account, even if they had the login and password. The staff has already focused on Security, by enabling a feature like 2FA. It is not their fault if people are not using it. I saw in another thread that only 2% of accounts on Elysium have 2FA enabled. Those other 98% of people are just asking to get their accounts stolen, assuming they care.
