It's very simple. If you don't think the flask price is worth it then don't buy it. If your guild asks you to be flasked for 4 hours/week and you cant meet those requirments then talk about it within your guild. A solution could be raiding less hours , thus being flasked for less hours.

No, it's not a fixed value. Your rank depends on your standing. Your standing depends on the leaderboard (your honor compared to the honor gained by other players of your faction). There is no way to tell a certain amount of honor is required to gain a certain rank unless you agree with the other players to gain a certain amount of honor.

It's not their gear if the warrior is Prot. They just want that gear to be their gear. The same kinda players would deny a fury warrior aswell. I personally consider rets to be a pseudo DPS. Saying that, I don't mind having 1 as you provide nice buffs. I'd still prefer having a fury warrior tho. There is no class/spec that is not gonna get rejected by groups.

Not worth it. Let's say you reach 200 hp/5sec. with my current gear I have 5k HP, so I need two minutes to regen full HP. 200/5sec = 40/s 5000/40s = 125s = 2 minutes 5 seconds
