It's not ninjaing when the gold provided can get you an upgrade. Example: a 400G epic plate BOE drops. A mage can need it to buy a 400g cloth BOE Example: a 15g blue plate BOP drop. The mage can not need it because he can't use that money to buy a blue cloth

That is Ninjaing. People do dungeons for specific items. You don't do a dungeon because you want a certain BOE to drop from there. It's also wrong because the gold from a BOP is not enough to buy a BOE of equal quality.

If the value is equal to everyone then everyone should roll Greed. If it has more value to you then it has to others you should roll Need. In the case of BoE everyone should greed because the value is the same, but because of ninjas its safer for everyone to just roll Need instead.
