It could be the introduction video for your race playing. Hit esc repeatedly during the last segment of the progress bar so it will cancel video playback and see if that helps (this is something I had when I first came back). YMMV.

Unfortunately not. If you are able to access your account, you can remove 2FA and re-add it and activate it to get a new code. Outside of that you will need to go through the 2FA removal process with staff, which is currently suspended due to technical issues. I would check your bin/trash in your email just in case you still have it there.

Lodge a ban appeal through the ban appeal section of this forum following the instructions in the "Read this first" post. Probably your account was hacked and used for gold spamming or something like that.

Keep in mind that any elite pet that cannot be CC'ed after taming is not permitted in PVP.

Seems like an issue with the app accessing your phone's camera. Could be a problem with internal interactions in the custom rom (that's an assumption from the look of the status bar). Have you tried hard rebooting the phone?

Instant dismiss is an exploit. Any pets that are immune to CC are not permitted. Some other exploits were fixed regarding using your pet to attack and avoiding flagging etc.

Create an in-game ticket, link the image. That's how these are processed (not as bug reports). Gold sellers are routinely banned, they simply create new accounts all the time or use hacked accounts because some people still haven't figured out that in today's environment 2FA is the only real protection for your account. The best way is to make an imgur gallery so you can report a bunch in one go, and keep adding to the gallery until your ticket is answered. Also, don't post these pictures publicly, you're advertising for gold sellers by doing so.

Unfortunately those who want to blurt on about betas and alphas, don't actually have the balls and integrity. Indi was never about population, he could have re-rolled at any time, as could anyone who was unhappy with the population. The fact is, he didn't want to give up his gears and characters to do it. I mean, yes, players put a lot of effort, time, and dedication into their characters, and it sucks to give them up - but that doesn't entitle you to take them with you where ever you go.
