The fear/stun DC requires two crowd control effects at the same time, most bosses do not fear and stun at the same time so most bosses do not have any chance of causing this issue. I'm personally not aware of Kromcrush causing it and have never seen any reports about that.

Make an in-game ticket for this, a senior GM can generally fix these kinds of issues.

A major problem with Questie comes from the in-game addon memory management in the client. As the addon memory pool is used up, the game will do a garbage collection. This happens on the main thread of the client, which causes everything to stall temporarily. The best solution to this problem is to either uncap your addon memory limits, or raise them.

This is an exploit that we actively look for and sanction. You may not use this kind of "creative use of game mechanics" on any boss.

Any evidence of hacking and/or cheating should be reported to the GM team preferably via an in-game ticket, including a link to any uploaded evidence.

Top of the list and my personal favourite: The disconnections caused by having multiple crowd control effects active at same time (e.g. fear and stun) should be fixed. We will continue to monitor the situation for any sign of further issues.

If you don't have 2FA on your account, despite all the ongoing system announcements, despite all the people who have been hacked and told to turn on 2FA, despite the fact that the very first time you log in to the control panel after setting up your account it's right in front of you, then there isn't really any more we can do. I had a player yesterday complain they got hacked a second time, because they didn't change their password or enable 2FA after the first time they got hacked (which so far as I can tell was never reported to us or we would have banned and forced 2FA). Their password (which they included in their ban appeal) was easily hackable123. Seriously. We put in place multiple mitigation technologies - including automatic temporary bans, and second factor authentication - but your account security is up to you. If you don't enable 2FA and properly activate it, and you choose to share your password, or choose a bad password, or reuse your password, that is on your head. It's heart breaking for me, every time I look at a nicely geared level 60 with a grand in the bank, and they don't have 2FA. 30 days or more played time, no 2FA. Seriously, if you don't have 2FA enabled and activated, go do it now. It will save you any risk of heartache down the road.

Hi Rouslan, You received a reply to your complaint. Character transfers were only available due to the agreement between Nost and Elysium, when that agreement ended so did the ability to transfer characters. Elysium also purged any remaining Nost data from the system to ensure there could be no questions of integrity regarding the transfers and data. Unfortunately you were not able to take advantage of the character transfer option, and now that window has closed. You can either play on fresh characters or not, as you choose. We are not going to start creating characters out of the blue for people simply because they played on another private server at some time. This discussion is closed.

Hi Nienn, did you make a ban appeal under the ban appeal forum section?

There are two concerns in play here. We do not allow the same player to operate more than one account at a time. If that player is following you with an alliance character and then not logging out when they change over to their other character, that is dual boxing and against our terms of service. The second concern regards what is and isn't harrassment. World PVP is a harsh environment, players are encouraged to form alliances and to rely on their friends in these situations, HOWEVER, we may intervene if a player is targeted deliberately for an extended period of time. This is at the sole discretion of the investigating GM.
