Good day GM team, We all make mistakes and we should all get a second chance. I have made attempts to have a dialogue in this case but all my appeals were closed without possibility to hear out my side of the story. So I appeal to you to please have a look at my case. I have never had any warning playing since Nostalrius on any account and if you decide what i was doing is against the rules, I did not know that. If i got contacted by GM ingame I would say the same thing as here that i wasnt aware im doing something bad I will stop it and im sorry. But i came to closed account with no further possibility to review I have been patient, when i appealed there were hundreds of appeals made in those days and every ban could not possibly be investigated. Now that maybe dust has settled a bit can you have a look at what happened here please? I am not some scammer or gold buyer, hacker or botter. Nobody said its confirmed. Reason of the ban is not up to appeal so GM closed it without further possibility to reply. All i asked is to have GMs that take time to look at the logs/chats and then throw bans around and not just becuase you get reported by other players out of spite.

Why should decisions be final when i didnt get a chance for trial or review? If it was your account with hundreds of days you wouldnt be so eager to start a new one.

Dont pick obvious china name, dont play with chinnese because even in your premade there are people selling characters and pvp boosts and play with americans and europeans. Learn english a bit and you are ready to loose the stigma that all chineese are in here for €€

If its 2 people playing you can tag and kill anywhere in the world. Mob tagging is ok but be prepared gm can check on you so have your wife playing at all times. If you alt tab clients and mobtag that is multiboxing and is bannable

I can only second this. I have my main account with multiple 60s from Nostalrium i got transfered here with playtime of over 200 days on all characters. I got ban and had to wait 3 days to even get to the reason why. And when it came i almost fell out of chair in disbelief. Botting. Why the fuck would I bot on BIS main characters account is beyond me and when i asked GM to check logs chat everything during the period he think i was botting i got ignored by him. All i want is a normal review of this case with chat or call a trial of some sort. This is not helping server if you ban more people than you can handle and catch honest players as collateral. Yes that are the GMs on this server. Go on and continue patting your backs but permabans should be handled more carefully and appeals to these cases even more so.
