YOU! Yes, you, the whiners are the reason why game changed to worse. YOU! can't sit back and enjoy the show for MONTHS! You just want things to happen today so you can finish it tomorrow so you can go and "colonize another planet" day after tomorrow, when you get bored here. This type of War Effort, which is BLIZZLIKE considering NON-BLIZZLIKE population, gives this 12 years old game more longevity then most of new games out there. Why everything has to happen in a blink of an eye? Isn't it enough that 99% of new patch content will be cleared as soon as door opens? Why bitching about everything? It's WAR and these numbers happen to be a fucking struggle... I was trough a real life war and let me tell you one thing - it's a fkn struggle! Immerse yourself, enjoy the game! I replied on some topic with this: Go check ArcheAge - more downtime and issues in recent months than in all private servers combined. Have you saw GW2 tech section of forum after HoT was released? It was SWARMING with people who simply couldn't connect or download the game. Remember... those are games where PAYING is a thing. ArcheAge is f2p but people are subscribing alot for perks because if you don't, it's pretty much worthless game, more like a demo. Everything I mentioned above is present in any other game. If certain game doesn't have bots and goldseller it's either has amazing protection (which is rare) or it's not as attractive for goldsellers as this PRIVATE SERVER is. This only speaks of magnitude of the server and it's impact on a GAMING INDUSTRY. Remember... basically all mainstream media ARE aware that we exist! There is many maaaanny maaaaaannnnyyyy retail products that would kill for media exposure that WE have. Trion's games have been DDoSd multiple times and none was bitching as hard you are doing it here. Before you start bitching HERE, in this topic... please consider that: - someone has to put aside his FREE TIME to solve this - someone is NOT PAYED to provide you anything of what you see here - that certain someone has to postpone everything he planned to make the server work for YOU. I was reading on a world chat about all this drama shit and how AQ will never see the light of a day etc etc etc... Elysium sucks, abandon the ship while you can etc etc... I asked those guys: "Do you know who are the guys who are running this project?" In middle of some LFG spam I could read someone's reply "How you mean who they are...They are Elysium staff." Then I replied with a following sentence which completely shut the naysayers: "Elysium folks are the first ones to offer you 1.12.1. realm and I don't mean on THIS realm. You ever heared of Valkyre WoW? Ofc you didn't because it's easier to spread bullshit around while also being completely new to private server scene and topic in general. Valkyre WoW is oldest vanilla wow private server which had AQ and War Effort scripted long before Elysium was even an idea. Rest asured that you will see War Effort announcement and you will see it soon." I guess it's my time to log in now and say " I TOLD YOU SO!"

Make sure you join world chat. vQueue scans the global chats for certain tags and takes info to display message for you. If this addon would actually get enough support by community it could change the face of the game. It's pretty much like GW2 party finder. In my opinion this is by far best vanilla wow addon of all times.

Every coin has two sides. I never reserved anything on my runs (yet too low to organize 60 runs here, speaking about my past realms) but I have nothing against people doing it. I feel like if I have the need to really reserve something, I will do it. That need yet has to come though... If I need item he/she reserved and I see such message on chat, I won't even ask for invitation. Why he/she reserved it? 1. He/she ran instance way too many times and that item didn't drop, so he/she is kinda growing tired of having "fun" each day in same exact dungeon running same exact mobs and bosses with no success. That kind of situation looks like more as a frustration then having fun. 2. He/she has full time job and his/hers play time is very limited. Farming that particular item with few other people needing on it is pure lottery with small amount of free time to spend in game and long time needed to find actual party that is capable of completing the dungeon. 3. He/she has to meet the pre-raid BiS requirement for the scheduled raids of the guild asap and his/hers free time is not allowing "fun runs" over and over. Fun can be had even in "reserved runs". He needs one, ONE, item. Entire instance is all yours to have fun with. I know it can be selfish a bit, not everyone is reserving items for legit reasons. I'm not saying you are wrong or right, I'm just saying there is other side of the "reserved" coin. Vanilla is time consuming and probably the only game where I tolerate "reserved runs". Rest of the gaming world simply has no place for such thing as you can get pretty much everywhere with a press of a button. Just my 2 cents on this taboo....

quickly? loosing? Nost was one realm, latter added second. Had 10k online on both combined in non-peak times. Elyisum has FOUR realms and higher population that is SPREAD across the realms for more blizzlike economy. Stop bitching. Serioulsly.

Same thing happened back on Nost at Tarren Mill. Some alliance warlock was camping us all the time. I organized raid of 20 lowbies and we killed him! Regardless of my faction choice (i'm horde) posts like THESE are why I play vanilla wow. It's about WPvP after all... fk dragons, faction pride is no.1!

Rebirth had fucking amazing core, I bet 90% of you bashing it never played there. Rebirth sucked in MANY other ways, but it's core is pure gold. You SHOULD totaly make use of it.
