That's just an opinion and is a very care bear attitude. If someone quits because they get owned on a PvP server then good riddance... This is what I mean. He couldn't handle the PvP so he wisely moved on. Calling people pricks for pvp'n on a pvp server is just absurd.

He's not an idiot and he shouldn't be banned let alone warned. Its not against the tos and it is in fact encouraged to kill players of the opposing faction. Excessive griefing is easily prevented by the one being griefed in many different ways. You're right when saying just because something isn't illegal doesn't mean it's ok to do it but that does not apply to this situation. To the op, keep on rocking.
