Not a high demand for tanks in raiding. There is in 5 mans though. Priests are by far the most needed class from what I've seen followed by warlocks. Rogues are least needed.

Download the English client on a different computer, put the files on a thumb drive and use it on any computer you want. I did this for my laptop because the download links didn't work but I already had a working client on my desktop.

I had an average of 3k ping for 45 mins last night but I'm fairly certain it was my isp. We were doing mc and only one other player complained of similar lag. It was odd that my browsers could load a web page in 1 second but any in game action took 20 seconds. Maybe an add-on like Luna frames went bad with the new patch?

Try a different browser or device. Likely something wrong on your end with an outdated browser or something. Chrome usually works when others dont.

Yes that is allowed. Stv is usually like a stirred up hornets nest anyway. There is a PvE server if getting owned by higher levels is too bothersome.

Multiboxers are terrible for the economy. They cause inflation of gold, items and mats. It also does nothing for population since it's still 1 person. Why it's not allowed is obvious. There is not 1 beneficial reason to allow it.

That is a banable offense. Admins made a post about that about 3 weeks ago.

Maybe they stated this on nost but they have not here. On Elysium they said they can't prevent or monitor communication outside the game so they can't sanction players. Again, just because you can do it and get away with it doesn't mean it's allowed.

Its not allowed. The original developers went out of their way to program the game in such a way to prevent it. People think because they can circumvent the rules it's magically ok to do.

There's some kind of bug that prevents people from looting items in a party if the opportunity to roll does not come up for every person. This happens commonly with corrupters stones because not everyone wears the trinket and if you're not wearing the trinket you can't get them. Your case is a little different because obviously every one should have been able to roll. My guess is someone was too far away from the boss when it died and it bugged out.

Which instances? Are you going for bosses or just killing elites or both?
