I can tell you as a warlock that dots do get resisted and dots hit for less on players that have more resists.

So what you're saying is there is a player created problem with a player created solution (without breaking the tos)? The gms are going to tell you as much. Also starting your post off with an obvious lie does not help lend any credence to rest of what you have to say.

You will be waiting a really long time for tbc no matter which you choose. Just pick what you prefer in regard to population and patch progression.

@reaganThere are very few premade groups on Elysium on both factions and they usually end up facing each other. Basically none of what you complain about exists and makes me wonder how you come to such a negative opinion on something that is not an issue to begin with. I pug the majority of my games and as long as more than one person isn't afk (which I constantly remind ppl in game that afk is banable and I get flamed remarkably often) it's quite competitive and fun. Even the few times i face a premade as a pug we put a hurting on them as long as people don't roll over (which is also banable).

Not sure what Blizzard's intention was with Hunter pets and the effects of dismissing them but it should be the same as warlocks. If you get rid of your pet it should lose all buffs. Insta dismiss was lame as hell.

I assumed you were making an argument from the horde's perspective. In that case there is an obvious solution. If you are alliance then yes you're going to simply have to compete with your own faction to get the tag. It's a high pop server, deal with it.

I haven't heard of that happening for herbs or mining but nearly every time we have 30+ people getting the buff in felwood there's a person or two who can't see the cleansed song flower. I have no idea why that happens or how to fix it.

Your argument makes absolutely no sense. Furthermore you advocate cross faction collaboration which goes against the core of how this game was designed (It's also just plain lame). If you want to kill a world boss then put the effort in to earn the kill.

Im not so sure about that. I was taking a fair amount of melee damage on my Warlock and died with the usual frequency when the lag was at its peak. I switched to my warrior for a few bgs and was only putting out about 10% of the dps I should have been. I was constantly told I was too far away when I was right on top of them. Some of the melees attacking my warlock in the previous bgs were obviously not having the same problems.

I've done a fair amount of premades the last 2 weeks and we are facing another premade the majority of the time. If you're going out of your way to dodge then you'll just get banned (same with afk).

Back when the cap (and population) was closer to 11k we didn't have lag like we do now so sheer volume is not the sole problem.

I've played in dkp guilds for years and have never encountered this players bidding on items they don't want to inflate the price scenario. I guess I've been lucky in that regard. I'm not saying dkp is perfect or that loot council is vastly inferior. I just think dkp is more efficient and sorts out who deserves loot more effectively in the long run based on my experiences with both. I don't disagree with some items needing class priority. Yes some people just show up and put in a minimal effort but any competent leadership will notice that and remove them from the guild.

I love the high pop on Elysium however it has been laggy on the weekends recently which is annoying. Other than the lag it's awesome.

5. If real money is involved it is not allowed. 6. Bots are not allowed, report them in game. The gms will deal with them eventually. 7. Yes every kind of account sharing is banable. Not to mention giving out log in information makes it more likely for an account to be compromised. Sharing accounts sparingly probably won't get you caught or in trouble but I would advise against doing it.
