  1. Okay, I found something on archived Thottbot that says you need to be level 55 to get the quest. My mage is only 54 so I'll check once I'm 55. https://web.archive.org/web/20061230092134/http://www.thottbot.com:80/?i=52413

    Lockpicking Guide 1-300

On Anathema, I took my 40 horde rogue to the wetlands to catch up on lockpicking (he was at like 135/200). I'm not sure what level they start but the ones in the murloc camps (along the shore between the bridge and the ship with the ghosts) took me to 200 in an hour or two. They respawn super fast so I would run back and forth between two boxes and never have to wait. They were still green at 200 skill. Farther inland there were more boxes that were green when the shoreline ones were yellow so you can probably go from 100-200 in that zone.

    Moonglow Vest?

I was trying to get every leatherworking recipe for my horde character so I leveled an alliance toon to 8 and leatherworking to 70. She gave no quest. I then leveled her to 15 and still there's no quest. This is on Anathema. It should be available but isn't. GRRR!!!

Has anyone tried stacking +healing gear?

I was reading a current WOW "remember when" blog the other day and it mentioned that back in Vanilla, a hunter stacked +heal gear and was able to have his pet solo a world boss! Blizzard then nerfed spell damage and +heal to not effect mend pet. On Anathema, +heal gear was added with the AQ patch and I think still adds to your mend pet. It appears to add the full value of the +heal spread out equally among each heal tick. Poking around the auction house, the mid to high fifties green "of healing" armor pieces add about 50-60 healing each. You could also dual wield two +healing weapons if you could find them and add +55 enchant to each and +heal on your bracer. I'd be curious to know what would be the most +heal you could stack. As an example, if you could stack +900 healing, you could heal your pet for 1000 health for 50 mana with rank one mend pet. 1000 health = 200 health per second = +900 / 5 = 180 + 20 with rank 1 mend pet. If you could use three pieces of the Giantstalkers set, you could add +10% to the heals, reduce the mana by 30% and increase the distance by 50% too! Has anyone experimented with how much +heal you can stack and if you could tank and spank mobs with your pet that you normally couldn't?

    Same faction griefing.. Why?

Try Project 1999 (Everquest capped at 2nd expansion) red (pvp) server sometime. Those guys make the griefers here seem like angels.

I tested it and +healing gear does still work with mend pet on Anathema. I'm curious if anyone has used it here and their thoughts?

Has anyone tried stacking +healing gear?

I could swear I tried it a couple weeks ago on Anathema and it did work. I'll check when I get home from work. May be a moot point then. Would be a cool farming tool under certain circumstances if it does work.

    Stuck at connecting!

I'm not able to connect to Anathema either but the realm status shows it as up. I can get into Elysium fine.
  9. What do you do when you come across a real POS and they're on your own faction? Since I don't have a Horde toon high enough to deal with it myself, I'm going to set a bounty. This person was a jerk and was smug about it when called out on it so, for the first 10 screenshots of LAE's corpse (44 NE Druid) posted here, I will farm, transfer and donate a stack of whatever the horde is lowest on in the war effort for each kill by you. And to make sure I keep it on the up and up, I will mail the stack to you. Have fun!
