Well, I never experience that neither till here on Elysium. People do in fact skip bosses and lets not start with the amount of groups that rez stuff. I've ran with people that want to skip the witch doctor 90% of the time.

Its not very popular, though it should be and I think if more people knew about it. they would use it. I love it and use it myself.

if you dont pick up mining with engineering it will be a gold sink. If you want to make some gold while leveling... go with one/two of the gathering professions.

@Wrathran Why dont you save yourself the time and ask before hand... are we skipping anything because I need "enter need here". If they say nah we're skipping look for another groups. I need tinker in mara and I see "princess runs" I always ask if they are willing to do tinker too. if they say yes, I join group, if they say no. I wish them good luck and move on.

First of all... look at the population horde out number alliance. So, expect to see horde everywhere and in most cases you can't travel 100 feet without running into 1 or 2+ horde. Second if you are being attacked in cities, on boats welcome to world pvp, call out for help. Stop venturing out alone, maybe? Just last night I was on my 49 shaman in searing gorge and I watched 3/4 horde camp the road from thorium point to brm and alliance kept moving in 1 at a time. Why? if you know there are horde there? Third welcome to a pvp server. pvp happens and it has nothing to do with "you guys suck at bgs, so you take it out on lowbies or world pvp". In vanilla world pvp is the best part of the game. I have a lv30 dwarf priest and I swear that I can't walk 100 feet w/o running in horde same levels or higher. The other day Im out at Stonetalon Mountain ganking lv24+ horde and soon after a lv60 mage came out and killed me. I can't even complete the harpies quest out there because of how many hordes are in the area. I ask in general if anyone is around and wants to group up and there is hardly anyone around to team up with. So, I then switch back to my horde toon.

maybe it will get better once we have new blood (transfers).

you didnt... i've seen far too many carebears on horde side. I am hoping that once I reach 60 and the current influx of hordies leveling. We can change the balance some. =) it will be rough due to gear advantages but we wont go afk and make it easy for alliance to get honor. =)

People dont realize that very few people have the required 10+ hours a day. They use to have 10+ years ago, because you had no life. lol Now ur probably married with kids and work. Log'n on for 3+ hours is probably the norm now. =) For myself I am playing here for the pvp. Love world pvp, love ganking, being ganked and love bgs. I have zero interest in raiding since I have no time to commit like I did 10 years ago. That and I still nightmares from Rags laughing at me cuz he won't drop perditions. I will NEVER go back into MC. lol

pretty sure the low level pvp scene isn't there because of the twinks. No one whats to queue up into twinks. Your better off asking for twink only bgs.

I hear locks are on high demand at end game raiding. Might want to take a look at the Guild Recruitment section to get a feel what guilds are looking for.

if you are going to strictly pve (min/max). Human is the way to go. As far as the 2 combo professions you posted. I would go with Herb/Alchemy is the money maker, though I dont know enough about skinning/leather working to comment on it.

unfortunately this server is not for casuals... vanilla really wasnt casual friendly. your best bet is for world pvp but if not the proper gear you will get destroyed.

I dont think I have ever put someone on ignore in the 12 years of me playing wow... on the forums or in-game. But Wrathran is coming really close. lol Yeah, stuff like this is fun to read and does help keep the realm alive. GJ guys!

Only a stupid sham will spam purge. You should look out for the obvious times to purge.

Yeah, running 20+ is considered nerdish... lol. Like someone mention people do not have the time they had 12 years. 20+ days arent happening for a lot of people and it seems like horde have those people. Hopefully 4/5 hours a day will be good enough. =)

Troll for pve Tauren/Orc for pvp.

This is 100% true. Horde have a hell of a lot more casaul/carebears. Hopefully that will change once this current group of hordies hit 60. =)

Don't worry... once I hit 60 and start to form some groups. Lets see how much fun we have. 1 Enh sham purging, wf with a war/rogue will reck. what does alliance have to can compare? pop... lol, purge... freedom... lol... purge! This is way I loved vanilla Paladin and Shaman wars and I have played both before extensively.

Again, there is no denying Paladins are strong in group pvp and yes, if you want to stack them in bg's nearly unbeatable. Nearly being the operative word there... horde just need to be well organized. Just by you saying Enhancement is insanely weak in group pvp, says a lot to me. I have also played since vanilla on both alliance and horde both to r13 on very good bg teams. never made r14 because I played too many alts and didn't really cared to put in the 20+ hours a day to play. lol

Pretty sure the alliance queues are almost instant, were as on horde time it is not. At least that is what I have heard, Im not 60 yet so I can't confirmed for sure.

You didnt have to spec protection to tank dungeons. You can tank well enough as arms or fury spec, just have the gear to tank. Warriors are gods in pvp when paired with healers and being on alliance side freedom and being a gnome kiting you will be nearly impossible. If you dedicate the time to getting good. Getting into a pvp guild or group shouldn't be a problem, if the spot is open for a warrior. =)

How the hell are holy paladins suppose to kite an Enh? 99% of them hammer into grounding totem. Paladins are far from the gods everyone makes them out to be. There is more then enough on horde side to counter them.

What abilities? bubble is the only one I can think so... they don't have sacrifice yet? People just don't know how to counter them correctly. An Enhancement Shaman should be a terror to any healer. I can't wait till I hit 60 and try to put a team together, so far its just me (Shaman probably go healer) and rogue friend. LF 8 more hordies for bgs. lol
