Greetings, The first thing you should check is, whether you still have the 2FA email, that you received upon registering 2FA for your account. Said mail contains a QR-Code, which you can just scan again to reactivate 2FA on your new phone. Greetings, Unfortunately, there currently is no way to recover an account if you don't have access to your email. Your email could be seen as the key to your account and it is the highest instance of security, therefore there is no way around it. Greetings, First of all, do not publish any account details for security reasons! In order for us to restore your character, you have create an ingame ticket containing your account name, the deleted character's name and the realm. Note that we have limited abillities to restore characters and therefore the recovery is by no means guaranteed. Best regards, Nemesis

Yes, click on the red question mark > stuck > still stuck.

Please do not publish any private information in this thread for security reasons! As I already said, submit an ingame ticket using the "stuck" category. Make sure to actually tell them that you want your character to be restored.
