The answer, if they'll look at it at all is "pics or it didn't happen". You'll need to provide the proof you had it rather than staff going through logs.

If you were a GM, you know that it's near impossible to stay ahead of gold-sellers, especially when also working to stay ahead of the user issues queue. The only way it ends is if users stop buying. There's no incentive to advertise gold and leveling services if there's no buyers. Install SpamThrottle. It's very effective at blocking most spam. The sellers are persistent, but not creative. They use the same message for days, so add a few words from it to ST's filter and you won't see it again. While you're add it, check Contol message block for chat channels, and you won't see the latest channel invite spam either.

File an in-game ticket to bring this to the attention of the GMs.

The addons button is on the lower left of character selection screen. If it doesn't appear there, the game client doesn't see any addons available in your Interface\Addons directory. If you have installed some in the correct place, make sure the folders are named properly. One common error with addons downloaded from Github is not removing the -master from the directory name. In order to load properly, addon directory names must match the filename of the .toc file inside the directory. As far as settings not saving properly, make sure your game directory has the proper permissions for writing. It's best not to install the game into a Windows controlled folder like Program Files. Put it on your desktop, or on another drive if you can.

Only Nighthaven is active right now, and it's a fresh realm. Once the Stratholme merge server comes online character restores should start working again.

Merge is taking longer than anticipated. No realmlist change is needed.

I'd file a request to get the accounts looked at under the appeals section of the forums to get GM attention. Use that section because it's locked down to just staff, so your account information will be hidden.

Your game account and your forum accounts are separate, which explains why you needed to create an account to login to the forums. Restored characters will appear on Stratholme when it comes online (see the Elysium Project homepage for news on that). Nightraven is a fresh realm with all new toons.

in terminal, in the game directory, type: echo set realmlist logon.elysium-project.org >realmlist.wtf That will overwrite the contents with the correct info.

I know it's not much help to you, but I can confirm the client does run on High Sierra. High Sierra is buggy though, and was bad enough I rolled my main machine back to Sierra.

The Mac client for World of Warcraft 1.12.1 can be found on various torrent sites. While waiting for the download to finish, go to https://elysium-project.org/main/signup.html and create your account. When the download is finished, extract it, and then edit the realmlist.wtf file and change the contents to just: set realmlist logon.elysium-project.org

You cannot restore right now. See the announcements or any of the numerous other threads in the forums for more info.

If you still have your game installed, it's the folder name under WTF\Account
