The server isn't down or crashed or anything, connection problems are happening right now across all servers. Which is why it is suspected that there are issues at OVH currently (our hosting company). This would be beyond our control, but it is being investigated regardless.

It is very possible this is an OVH issue, since all servers are affected. Staden is currently looking into this. Thanks for the panic inciting thread title though.

If you keep making threads about this, your account will be sanctioned! We are not going to discuss the details of a bug that can be exploited. Literally what you are doing right now is attempting to make an exploit guide. The easy to see facts are that a majority of the server do not get in trouble for this and have nothing to worry about.

Devs do not announce every single bug they are working on. They just work. Players are inciting fear with vague and misleading posts because they are concerned about their ranking. Which is reasonable, I guess, but to say that this is not a priority is a joke. I definitely encourage you to come forward and state which GM said that this is not a priority and won't be fixed, because I am literally hearing you say, "some random person talked to another person and they said this!"

I think it would be a great idea to have a selection of messages for server announcement that are randomly picked to be announced on a given interval. So messages aren't spammed more often... Just that there is a variation. This is something I am suggesting internally.

One thing you can always try is to check if you have the original email with the QR code, you can reverify your 2FA via that. Otherwise, this will need to get escalated.

Well, we do restore unique quest items that cannot be recovered. If you feel like you had any of those (i.e. carrot on a stick), feel free to make a ticket in-game.

Accounts that are hacked are usually banned for the security of the player, until the account is safe and no longer compromised. Feel free to make a ban appeal regarding this.

Speeding up content release would also mean increasing the amount of minor and major bugs in the game.
