Hello! If you still have the original e-mail with the QR code, you will be able to re-authenticate your account. If 2FA is enabled, you will need it to log into your Control Panel for security purposes. From there, you can disable 2FA completely, if desired. One common issue with 2FA is that time is not synchronized. I would suggest if you get this fixed, to try and go into its Settings and assure that the time is correctly synced.

Just a reminder to any players who might see this, he is referring to 2-factor authentication. When activating this feature, a little pin box will show up after you log into World of Warcraft, and from there you need to authenticate with your 4 digit PIN number!

Hello! One little trick that I have found you can do is log into the control panel, then do the option "Change your password". Clicking the button will make a green text box pop up with the e-mail associated with the account. I hope this helps!

Hello pvpftw! Thank you for posting this. However, it is more effective for the GM Team to track and investigate claims of hacks or cheats using the in-game ticketing system. If possible, I would appreciate it if you could do that with all the information you can provide (Player name, server, time, etc). Thanks again!

Quick update for you here -- Both the Paladin and Warlock quests were not supposed to be released until patch 1.4. The Warlock quest was bugged to the point it could not be completed, but the Paladin quest was not, and players were able to complete it. None of the staff want unfair scenarios presented to the players. We are aware of this issue, and will be correcting it shortly. Thanks for your patience!

Hello! AutoIt is a common scripting utility for automating simple tasks. I've used it in the past outside of World of Warcraft. It isn't against the rules to have something like this on your desktop or installed or anything... But if you are using it to automate functions in-game? Yes, that would be considered automation of gameplay, or botting. Which is, of course, against the rules. Hope that clears things up for you.

Okay, so if the system bans you or a staff member bans you, then no, you can't. My response to you is explaining if you are doing nothing wrong, then nothing bad will happen to you.
