Greetings This process takes a longer time as its only a very limited amount of staff members who can take care of it. They will need to verify all information you have provided and then also remove 2FA from your account. This is by far not a fast task and there are around 30+ requests currently.

Move the realmlist.wtf to your desktop. Change the contents, save it and move it back.

Dies ist nicht der richtige Weg um Spieler zu melden, da GM's lediglich dieses Forum benutzen um Entbannungsanträge unserer Spieler zu bearbeiten. Dein angebliches 1:1 Zitat der Post ist sehr unwahrscheinlich. Alle unsere Gamemaster haben Regeln zu folgen und bestimmte Vorgaben für etwaige Meldungen oder Situationen. Solltest du einen unserer Gamemaster verdächtigen seine Rechte auszunutzen, oder deinem Anliegen nicht die Aufmerksamkeit zu schenken, die es verdient, so reporte dies an einen anderen GM via Forum PM. Falls, tatsächlich, dieser Spieler bereits mehrfach per Ticket System gemeldet wurde, aber keine Beweise beigefügt wurden, müssen GM's all ihre Zeit aufwenden und diesen Spieler beobachten und folgen, um ihn bei der Tat zu erwischen. Wir schätzen es sehr, dass dir unser Server am Herzen liegt und du ihn zu einem noch besseren Erlebnis machen möchtest, in dem du uns Spieler meldest die gegen unsere Regeln verstoßen. Your WoW Directory will tell you all account names you ever used. Move into your WoW Directory and open the folder "WTF" then "Account" Example

Please report players with using the ingame ticket system. Upload the screenshot to imgur.com and provide the link in your ticket. Don't abuse the "ban appeals" section for this in the future.

Reports have to be done ingame using the ticket system. This is the second time I tell you.
