Greetings Thank you for your concern, but in the past 2 weeks tickets were very well serviced. Yesterday all servers had a total of only ~20 open tickets, during peak times. We are volunteers and not being paid, if your ticket takes longer than a few hours, thats normal and nothing you should worry about.

We are aware of the issues of the past 2 weeks and we are actively working on a bigger bunch of fixes, however these fixes rely on being properly and thoroughly tested before being applied to the live servers. We can't and won't apply a fix to something that we don't know if it actually fixes it instead of making it even worse, or breaking other unrelated things. Reports belong ingame using the ingame ticket system.

The behaviour of some people in the forums can't be compared to those ingame. The players that just enjoy the game don't visit this nor post in this forum that much. Ingame it's overall very friendly and a nice community, but just as everywhere on the internet you do meet an asshole at some point.

Video evidence can be enough for punishment. We can thoroughly confirm if its faked or not.

Screenshots are not helpful if they are too few and don't have time stamps, we will never know if he was in fact standing still the whole time on each screenshot, or if each screenshot was made when he stopped, to make false reports. We prefer video evidence in form of Shift+M mini battleground map that you record with any software like Open Broadcast Software and drag your recording window so big that it only shows the mini map (Shift+M), where you hover over the dots from time to time so we can see the names related to moving & not moving dots. This will prevent you from needing to make screenshots, you will not need to check their location and AFK yourself to record them, you can easily just record the shift+m minimap and keep playing, and the only thing the GM team will see is the mini map, with the player locations and names. Not your game play or anything else.

We already lowered it to 25 gold max respec cost. It won't be made lower or removed completly. You can easily, with any class, farm well over 100 gold in a week even by casually playing Some manage to do that within a day.

Abandon it and reaccept. GM's can help as well, make an ingame ticket.
