Try to log into the control panel with any credentials you remember to have used.

We recommend to use /ignore playername You can also report them with screenshot evidence, using our ticket system ingame. We will only intervene if strong offensive and insultive behaviour is shown however.

Greetings This is not a bug, not an exploit and thus allowed. It can be very easily defended.

If it modifies client or game files, it is not allowed and will result in a ban.

Greetings We never delete accounts or characters. Make sure you are actually login into the correct ingame account, and not using the same credentials as your forum account. Both are different from each other and only used for the purpose you have created them for. You can try to request a password change here: https://elysium-project.org/password and see if you can figure out what the reason is.

Greetings Unfortunately we are not associated with Nostalrius anymore. The Token Transfer System by Nostalrius got deactivated only 2 weeks after the introduction, by Nostalrius themself. It is no longer possible to transfer your old Nostalrius account to our servers. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.

Grüße! Um auf unsere Server einzuloggen, solltest Du die WoW.exe nutzen. Der Launcher wird automatisch versuchen auf den neuesten Stand zu patchen und wird Dir an einem Punkt auch sagen die Battle.net Software runterzuladen. Bezüglich Deines Problemes mit der Passwort Zurücksetzung, dies ist ein bekanntes Problem. Um Dein Passwort erfolgreich zu ändern musst Du zuerst aus dem Control Panel ausloggen und dann auf den Link in der Email klicken. Ein weiterer Hinweis, Dein Forum Account ist nicht Dein ingame Account. Beide sind separat und erfordern einen jeweils zuständigen, von Dir erstellten, Account.

If you think the ranking calculation is bugged, you should report it as a bug on our Github. It is most likely your addon doing wrong calculations, however.
