Greetings Using the backdoor at the south bunker is allowed. The map of Alterac Valley has a terrible design and comparing both factions bases, alliance has way more advantages in terms of advancing and defending. The backdoor doesn't "fix" the map design, but it evens it out for both factions. It is as easily defendable as the bridge and you only need a handful of people at max to properly defend it.

Have you renamed the realmlist.wtf file or did you edit the actual contents inside? If you renamed it instead of opening & editing, that is the issue. Right click realmlist.wtf > Open with any Notepad/Textdocument > Edit the set realmlist of our server within > save > close The file also has to be named realmlist.wtf still.

Log into your control panel and resend it a few times, with at least 15-30 minutes in between.

Please create an ingame ticket for your issue. Posting your private account information isn't good in a public forum

We don't ban only because someone reports you. Use the /ignore Playername function to prevent him being annoying.

We have anti spam measures that take care of the goldspammers. However, they just create new accounts and characters over and over and bot them to level 10. If you honestly think you can stop them permanently, you are plain naive. We simply don't have the time to put all our focus on them, there are way more issues to resolve, players to help, players to investigate as GM.

Wrong password, wrong 2FA code, wrong account name

You triggered a temporarily IP ban due to multiple failed login attempts. Either reset your IP or wait 30-60 minutes for it to go away. Each new failed attempt during the reset timer will increase the timer again.

Unfortunately this is not possible and changing game files will most likely result in a ban by our anti cheat or Gamemasters.
