There was some confusion with the release of the statement I had received.... But, for clarification... When the PvP gear receives the Update, any player who has purchased it will still have their items updated if they purchased it prior. However, with that said you will need to be Rank 14 at the time of the update to purchase the items if you have not done as already... Or you will need to re-rank back to Rank 14. You complain about the respec cost... but not the population of the server.... Both of which arent fully Blizzlike... Very ironic.

Druids are alright. I played Priest in vanilla, but Paladin is by far the strongest healer early on I believe.

If any player feels that the flight point has been bugged out by another player I 100% encourage you to open a ticket. We have GMs on all 4 servers actively online, and we will look into it. I ask that you give detailed information, you can include player names to be investigated, times, dates, locations, and also if you have video evidences (which are used exactly as being witnessed by a GM) when it occurs. We will investigate, and appropriately take action. Any "ABUSE" of any bug in game regardless of what it is is against the rules. I wish you all to have fun, and enjoy the game to its fullest, but do so in an appropriate way.

The PvP gear originally was updated on all purchased items and at the vendor on Retail. . You must be Rank 14 at the time of purchase to obtain the new PvP Weapons / Gear updates This gear will be Updated at the Vendor... As well as the items in your inventory You are welcome to PvP and obtain the PvP gear currently obtainable if you so wish to do so, bare in mind that you will not be able to purchase the updated items in 1.9 without physically being "RANK 14" at the time of purchase. You must Maintain that rank to do so.

We encourage players to be mindful who they entrust things to. You should ONLY give expensive materials for crafting (or anything that would require you to trade expensive items to another) to players you fully trust. I recommend Guild Members or Personal friends. You take a risk when you trade between players you are unfamiliar with. As unfortunate as this is, the GM team is unable to restore items that are stolen as we would be not only be duplicating items and indirectly causing inflation, but we would be EXTREMELY overwhelmed with restoration of thefts and investigations of said thefts. I am going to Chime in on this, as I know how he is achieving the removal of the FP Masters.... Doing this is an Abuse of a bug... you are aware of what is being done, how you're achieving it,, and that the FP Master bugs out. I just want to remind players that abusing in game bugs is against the TOU... There is no excuse to abuse bugs within the game and all who are caught will be reprimanded appropriately. Id recommend avoiding doing things such as this or you will face the GMs for your actions... You are most welcome to farm and camp FP Masters and kill them... Or kill players at FPs, but bugging them out, completely disabling the FP by getting them stuck and unable to return to their posts is against the rules...

It would appear you have been muted...You may have been flagged by the System for overusing the chat system. Submit a ticket to the GMs and they can confirm what it is. NOTE: Mute is a Global Mute for the Account regardless of Characters / Server

As Hurricane2 and Thari have previously mentioned... Just because your ticket isn't closed / received a personal interaction with a GM does not mean we are not looking into it. We see every ticket Online / Offline every time. Difficulties on certain tickets will force us to leave these open for some time just to make sure the record it still active. I encourage you to keep all tickets open until you either are contacted or have received a In-game mail from the GMs. NOTE: At this point in time we do not have the system on for Emails to be sent in regards to bans / ticket requests submitted.

That PvP symbol is usually used for Free-for-all pvp. With that said I dont think it should hinder your quest at all. It could also be a graphical issue with your custom UI displaying that the creatures can attack both H and A.....

If you were ever in the past banned for a compromised account... You were likely muted for spamming gold sales... With that said please submit a ticket and a GM can check into it. If you are muted, and can only talk in party / guild.... You were caught spamming.

Without him putting up an appeal to actually allow me to investigate the claim, the only thing I have to go off of is what you say in your original posting. Many things go into consideration when we ban or suspend a player. It could be that he had been previously warned about something before, yet neglected to take that warning thus got a suspension. It could be something entirely different not relating to what you claim as well. The only way to tell is to put an appeal up. But a suspension is just that, a chance to reflect on what happened, take a break, and bring our head out of the clouds. If he so feels inclined to know the nature of the suspension he can PM his information and I will have it looked up. NOTE: The GM team does follow their TOU to a T and a dotted I... We do not wildly ban nor do we do it to flex power. The ban is used as a chance for us to re-educate players, as well as a punishment for those who break our rules. It is the most extreme punishment for the most severe rule breakings.

Actually, your quote is completely false. Safe-Spotting is 100% against our rules, as can be read in our Terms of Use in which you agree to when you select "I agree" when making an account. Players who safe-spot negate the games mechanics to avoid being neautralized or killed for lack of a better term by guards and other players. If a player is using any sort of building, exploit, terrain, ect... to gain an advantage over others it is indeed a violation of our rules. I have forwarded this to another GM and we will take appropriate action. Id also like to remind players of 2 things.... Racist remarks regarding players from specific regions will not be tolerated (IN-GAME or On the Forums) Please create a ticket when you see things such as this... It can be remedied much quicker.
