If you didn't transfer them to Anathema before the transfer process was ended by Nostalrius last December, your characters are no longer accessible.

The Nostalrius transfer was to the Nostalrius-PvP realm, which was later renamed to Anathema. Elysium was a fresh realm, and we will not transfer characters to it from a more progressed realm for obvious reasons.
