    The activation code was definitely sent to you in an email, or you would have had no QR code to scan when you generated your 2FA codes.   10. Accounts are locked out for incorrect login attempts. The first time it's 30 minutes, and it increases with subsequent failures. I would suggest that you give it overnight since it sounds like you've been doing a lot of attempts in a short amount of time.

  12. Character transfers will be handled the same as when any character is added to an account. If there is a naming conflict, you will be prompted to change your character name the first time you log into it. You can reserve names using low level characters, and then delete them before logging in on your new character. We are working on a solution for naming conflicts between unused characters and transferred characters, but we will have an update on that and whether it will be feasible in a Q&A post that be put up later.
  13. Not permanently locked, but I believe the lockout increases each time. The error you're seeing means that either your username, password, or PIN is incorrect.
  14. It doesn't matter if you uninstall one or the other. They just generate codes based on the original email you have. Try the google auth codes with time sync enabled to see if that was the issue.
