As I mentioned earlier (in this thread), we cannot change the email associated with an account.

First, right click your chat window and ensure that all the channels you're concerned about are checked. If you think you're muted, submit a GM ticket in-game and they can check for you. The gold sellers you're replying to are all bots and do not have feeling to be hurt if you reply to them, so I recommend ignoring them.

Please report players using the in-game GM ticket system.

Can you log into the control panel using your old information? You can also try adding [email protected] to your address book and sending the password reset email again. It can take a few hours, depending on your mail provider.

Characters aren't listed in the control panel at all.

Log onto your control panel and choose the option to send the password reset email. It will display a message with the email address it was sent to.

Per discord, ZK has crashed. That's the best place to check for updates on its return.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to change the email associated with an account at this time.

It may be related to your WiFi setting that are either blocking a range of IP addresses or the ports required to connect to the realms.

Try adding [email protected] to your address book. Just for fun, I just created an account with Gmail and it worked fine.

How long have you waited? It can take a few hours.

Have you tried logging into your control panel and resending the email?
