If you are concerned with the conduct of any staff, you should get in contact with their team lead. For the GM team, this is Vaelanor. -
That, or you have to just do them one at a time.

The quest item is unique, so you can you do one at a time.

You can't edit it in a file manager. You need to extract the entire folder first.

Perhaps you abandoned them by mistake? Did you talk to the original quest giver?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the email for an account at this time.

Abandoning the quest and retaking it will resolve this. It won't delete the items.

1. It is against our rules to transfer or share an account. 2. It is not currently possible to change the email associated with an account, partly to discourage #1.

The Nostalrius team closed down the character transfer process 7 months ago.

Does this happen for any character you created on that account, including other races/faction? Try deleting your WTF and WDB folders when your game client is closed.

Nostalrius-PvP was renamed to Anathema. You could never transfer Nostalrius characters to Elysium, as that was a fresh realm.

This is a known bug related to an interaction between teleporting to the graveyard and the anticheat. The developers are aware of this and working on it.

Which server are you logging into? Did you ever log into your character in-game?

You can abandon and retake the quest to turn in the items.
