Yes, but it is a long process (weeks) to remove 2FA manually from player accounts. Make sure your iPhone is correctly set to internet time: General > Date and Time > Set Automatically

Try using a different 2FA app, such as Authy. That will also allow you to keep a profile between different devices without having to re-enter your codes.

He will need to post in the Ban Appeals section, since that is the only place we will address player bans. Posting his account name on a public forum is putting his account at risk of being hacked.

Google authenticator for iPhone or Android? The time syncronization option is listed when you scan the code for the former, and is a menu setting for the latter.

Which 2FA app are you using? You need to ensure that time syncronization for codes is enabled in your app and that your phone is correctly syncing to internet time.

Unfortunately, we cannot restore anything lost to a rollback.

Profession bonuses were not changed until at least after Cataclysm, so they will likely exist on any TBC server.

Unfortunately, the GM team will not be able to restore items lost to a bug in situations like these. I do encourage you to report your issue to our bug tracker (ideally with the times and dates that your mails were lost) so that we can help identify any underlying causes.

Try removing some inactive players from your guild first. You are probably at the guild member cap.

Have you logged into your control panel and requested the verification email to be sent again? Check your spam folder as well.

Then it's likely that your account was hacked sometime during your absence and your character deleted. Please see this thread regarding character restoration and submit a GM ticket in-game for help with it.

What is the error message that you see when you try to log into your main account in-game?

Disregard the transfer button for the moment. If you can reach that button then you must be able to log into your account on the control panel, correct? Use the same login information and log into the Anathema realm in-game.

Assuming that your other account exists (which would only be the case if you transferred it as well back in January), your only recourse is to do the following: Log completely out of the control panel. Request a password reset email. Log back into the control panel using your new password to confirm that it's working. Log into the game and check if your character is on the Anathema server.

The "transfer" button does nothing, and hasn't since January. It's far more likely that you transferred your character successfully back then and forgot about it. I really don't know what else to tell you.

Are you trying to reset your password with this link? https://elysium-project.org/password You do not need to log in to request a password reset email. Kronos and Nostalrius never merged. Kronos is a completely different group than Elysium.

Try requesting a new password for that account.

Nostalrius shut down character transfers from their end back in January. It is no longer possible to transfer them at all (despite what the control panel says if you log in with an empty account). Twinstar is Kronos, although you may have used the same account name across different servers.

We do not offer any transfers, so I'm unclear on what you're trying to do.

You are not being very clear on what kind of help you want. Unfortunately, the only way to recover your account credentials is to use your account name and email address you registered it with. We're unable to help past that. You can find your account name in the header of the verification email or in your WTF folder if you still have the same installation information.

Elysium didn't exist 1-2 years ago.
