Try creating a new notepad file, pasting in the realmlist info, and saving at "realmlist.wtf". When you save things in Notepad, you need to use save as and select "any file type" rather than text files.

I'm aware of that. I'm suggesting that you download it again and extract it to a new directory. That's all you need to do to install WoW.

It is no longer possible to transfer characters from Nostalrius (and hasn't been since December).

I would just suggest you try downloading the entire client again. It's entirely possible one of your game files got corrupted somehow.

Questie has terrible memory management and often leads to crashes like this.

You can log into the control panel to resend the activation email. If you don't remember the original login info you used when you first used that email, you'll have to create a new login with a different email and username.

Submit a GM ticket in-game. Alternatively, kill yourself and sprit rez again and it will be for the normal duration. This is a bug that arises when you have rez sickness during a server restart.

Try deleting your WDB folder with your game client closed. You can also try placing the scrolls into your bank and taking them back out again.

If they are quests where you collect a quest item, you should be able to abandon them and retake them.

If you have no characters on Anathema, it's possible that your account was hacked and your characters deleted. First, you should change your password and enable 2FA via the vontrol panel. Second, you should submit a GM ticket in-game to see if your characters are recoverable.

That message means your account was banned. It's possible that your login information was compromised during your time off. Submit a ban appeals thread in the Ban Appeals section to find out more information as to why you were banned.

The scrolls are a required quest item to turn it in, so if they are in your bank you will not be able to complete the quest.

I'm not sure what you mean by, "flags." Are you talking about Battle Standards? http://db.vanillagaming.org/?item=18606 The PvP reward battle standard is not consumed on use, but has a cooldown before it can be used again. The AV reward was consumed on use a while back, but I'm not sure if that's been changed or not.

A .torrent file is essentially just an address that a bittorrent client uses to download the file. You need to open it with a bittorrent client.
