The recipe will be implemented with a later patch than your server is currently on. You should either learn it automatically, or be able to learn it from the questgiver at that point.

You only need your account name and password to log into the control panel, though.

Numerous accounts were hacked as a result of a character and password database being released from a different private server project (and poor user practice of not using a unique username and password combination across multiple websites), and other accounts become compromised through poor user security. We are the first private server project that offers 2FA, and activating it is a requirement to recover your account after it has been compromised. So, to answer your question, level 60 players spamming for gold websites are almost certainly hacked. However, it is not a security issue with the server. The number of people spamming for it is mainly because we have the largest user base of any private server, which unfortunately makes us the most lucrative target for malicious gold seller organizations.

Considering that the item is upgraded in patch 1.9 and you are playing on a progressive content release server, the only fail is your own, and the only way to fix it is to patiently wait for patch 1.9 to be released on your realm.

Try deleting your WDB folder with your game client closed.

Tickets like yours require a senior GM and will likely have a longer wait time.
