Keep in mind that any addon is just providing an estimate based on inspecting players around you, because it's not possible for an addon to query the actual honor totals of the server. As far as the Dev Team is concerned, the actual calculations are correct. However, if you examine the open-source code and find some error or incorrect algorithm, please submit a bug report.

There is an issue with Darrowshire at the moment where no quests are completable. The Dev Team is aware of it and working on a solution.

If this is a ban appeal, you need to post in the Ban Appeals section. If you just require GM assistance, submit a ticket in-game.

No, that is Blizzlike mechanics and not an exploit. People were banned temporarily for abusing a bug that should be patched now. If you see ignite ticking for damage that is clearly not Blizzlike (100k, for example), then report the bug and stop doing it.

There are no repeatable quests there until 1.11.

Did you do the followup quest where you travel to Tarren Mill?

Those two characters are on different servers, so it's unlikely that one would be able to inspect the other. Realmplayers is not an official armory, and because it is generated from user-submitted data it is susceptible to spoofing. Odd characters like this should be taken with a grain of salt.

If it was a faction issue, all horde NPCs would be hostile, not just a couple in Grom'gol. Some certain players are mind controlling and bugging out a number of NPCs at the moment, and the dev team is aware of the bug caused by this.

Submit a ticket in-game for a GM to help with those NPCs. It looks like they were just mind controlled and didn't reset properly.

Unfortunately, GMs are not able to assist with player mistakes like that.

Your issue needs to be resolved with an in-game GM ticket. There's nothing we can do to spawn Thunderaan on the forums. Edit: The GM team has resolved this in-game.

Submit an in-game ticket for help with item restorations, preferably with the Item ID and quest ID included in it.
