There are some routing issues with OVH at the moment, but you also may be getting kicked because of invalid game files. First, try deleting your WTF and WDB folders with your game client closed. If that doesn't work, try running this utility: https://github.com/fulzamoth/Elysium-WoW-cfg

Questie has terrible memory management. You can try looking for a newer version, but personally I prefer using a different addon for quest assistance (Extended QuestLog). You may be stuck at retrieving character list due to the OVH routing issues we're temporarily experiencing today.

Perhaps your chosen username is already taken? I just created a test account with a nonsense user name and a functional email and had no problems. It's also possible that your email is in use from one of your earlier attempts. Finally, do not spam the same question across multiple topics.

You can put anything you want in your in-game ticket (but there's no reason to, as GMs can see your account name in-game). Posting it publicly on these forums will not do anything to help you.
