Thunderaan is summoned once by turning in those materials. If you don't kill him in that time, there doesn't seem to be a way to summon him again. However, a GM may be able to help, or you could join the raid of another guild summoning him.

This change was reverted due to an unrelated bug. It will probably be added to a later update.

Try logging into your account control panel and resending the email. It often doesn't work on the first try.

Is this with no add-ons enabled? Try setting your add-on memory to 512.

Remove your add-ons from your add-on folder, and delete your WDB, WTF, and Interface folders with your game client closed. Then start it up once to automatically recreate them.

Report players using the in-game ticket system. You can also save yourself the trauma of dealing with incidents like these by making use of the ignore feature.

Unfortunately, GMs will not alter player mistakes.

Ignore the warning and abandon the quest. It will not destroy the ingredients.

If you were hacked, you should first enable 2FA immediately and then submit a ticket in-game so can track where your gold went to. However, restoration is limited to unique quest items, not gold.

I did notice a fix posted to the development branch of GitHub dealing with how pets handle channeled spells breaking, so this might improve on Wednesday.

Abandoning the quest and retaking it will fix this.
