My only advice with Hotmail is to keep resending and praying. It's not possible to change the email account for your game account.

It will never be available again, as Nostalrius shut down the process from their end, and there is nothing Elysium can do to recover their character data.

All of those are fine to use (as would be any add-on that I know of).

Typically bans for abusing an exploit go beyond someone who happens to stumble upon a bug, and more toward people who knowingly abuse a bug. If, for example, you farmed mobs that summon infinite adds that reward experience, that would fall under the latter category.

Abandoning it only works for quests that have you gather items, rather than actions (killing, releasing spirits, etc). In the future, deleting your WDB when your game client is closed will probably do the trick.

There is no Recruit-a-Friend feature in vanilla. That said, dungeons have level limitations, so the fastest way to power level a friend (not your own character) would be to AoE the dungeons for them as they become able to enter them. It's even faster to have them pick up engineering and use dynamite to tag the mobs, although they need to be within 3-5 levels of the mobs to hit enough of them to make it worthwhile.
