What makes you think it's 186? If you're mousing over the buff icon then it won't display any talent bonus. Open your character screen and look at your attack power with and without the buff, and you will find that the correct amount is being applied.

What are you basing your number on? The tooltip for buffs does not reflect talents. The tooltip for the spell in your spellbook or action bars does, and you can verify the bonus attack power on your character pane.

It is a temporary chat ban for spamming whispers, and done automatically. It will expire within an hour.

It seems to me like this is an issue with your ISP, so it's not something we can change from our end. Can you connect from a friend's house on a different ISP?

It's possible that you're connecting to the wrong realm. Are you connecting to Anathema? It's also possible your account was hacked and your character deleted. If you haven't already, enable 2FA on your account, and if your character was in fact deleted submit a ticket in-game.

It is not possible to add new spells without creating a new client, which won't happen.

Hello! It is not against the rules to list items in the auction house, even in single quantities.

You will receive an email with a QR code that is specific to your account. You can then use a third-party authenticator app (I use the Google one) to scan the code. Now, the app will generate a random 6 digit PIN every 10 seconds or so that is specific to your account. When you click the button in your email to enable 2FA, you will then be prompted to enter a 6-digit PIN every time you log in (or from a new IP, depending on your setting). You get this PIN from your authenticator app on your phone. Do NOT delete your email with the QR code, because that is what you will need to get a PIN if you ever lose your phone or reinstall your apps, etc.

Winrar creates a temporary file on your system disk as part of the extraction process and then moves it to your destination folder. If your system disk is full it won't work.
