Make an in-game ticket for assistance with this. You can also camp out in Silverpine and hope that another shaman doing the quest will spawn the brazier/NPC for you so that you can pick up the quest again.

It sounds like someone sent you a mail disguised as an auction house sale, but sent it COD.

You can set weather effects to minimum in the video options.

Just log into the control panel on the website and there should be an option to resend the mail.

When you scanned the codes, did you delete the previous one? They will have the same name, which can cause problems.
