Rune of the dawn was added in patch 1.7, which Elysium hasn't reached yet. We should be correcting the quest to function as intended and only offer the seal of the dawn soon. After 1.7, you can request a new quest reward through a gossip option with Bettina if you have completed it.

The message on your control panel does not reflect whether those characters are present on the game servers. You would have to log onto the actual game realms to check whether they are on Anathema.

You can't use the retail WoW client on our servers. You need to install a bittorrent program in order to run .torrent files, which will allow you to download a client compatible with our servers.

There was a GM ticket queue error that wound up resetting all open tickets a couple times last week. The GM team does not close tickets without contacting you normally.

You can find 15 or so videos about "wsg tricks" from vanilla, including many jumps that are still possible on both retail and our servers. Additionally, I played alliance and spent perhaps far too much time locating every possible way to make the most of terrain mechanics in there. The fact that no one ever mentioned this alliance fence while extensively discussing every other jump in WSG makes me quite skeptical that it ever existed. But, I'm happy to be proved wrong by some evidence...
