Removing respec costs entirely would fundamentally change the reason behind having talent trees. That is not a change that we are interested in doing for our realms, as it would be a massive departure from the atmosphere of vanilla WoW.

My point is that this is a fix for an erroneous terrain model that is only seen on private servers. Most of the people in this thread are claiming that it existed on retail, but I've seen no evidence to that effect (and I've looked pretty extensively).

Lifesteal effects drain the amount of damage they do in the form of hp to you. The only way to increase them is to do more damage.

Please show me one piece of evidence that it existed in vanilla WoW. I was actually pretty curious about this myself, since I knew (and still know) a pretty wide variety of jumps possible in WSG and never saw the fence thing before private servers. On your character screen, set your addon memory to 512 or 0.

Make sure that you have read/write access on your entire WoW directory. Also, make sure that your addon memory is set to 0 or 512 on your character screen.

Discord is the best location to check short-term server status updates.

Find the .torrent file in your downloads folder, right click it and choose "open with..." Then select uTorrent (and check the box to always use that program with this file type).

My advice would be to check http://db.vanillagaming.org for the quest items that you think you had. We have to manually check that you've completed each quest you're requesting to be restored. Since there are thousands of quests in WoW, you need to help us out and tell us which specific quest IDs and item IDs you want us to check. All of our character restorations are the best we can do, but sometimes that data is lost for good.

Are you online on that character often? You need to be online for a GM to investigate an item restoration.
