Make sure that your new phone is synchronized to internet time, and that you've enabled "Time correction for codes" in your 2FA app.

You will need to enter the 2FA code you received into a 2FA app (such as Google Authenticator). It will then provide you with a PIN that you can enter when you log into the game.

All updates are server-side, so your client will continue to work regardless of what patch your server is on.

It may have been during some server downtime. If you're still having a problem, please post a screenshot with your realmlist.wtf file open in Notepad.

Keep an eye on Discord for up-to-the-minute server status updates. There was a lot of crashing going on today as a result of a major patch update and an attack against our servers.

Try changing your Windows display settings or your video card control panel settings to use refresh rate 64 Hz and use the same refresh rate for your monitor. In the WoW client, you can leave the refresh rate at 60 but do turn v-sync on.

We have no plans to alter the blizzlike itemization timeline at this time.

If you can find some vanilla evidence to support your memory from 11 years ago, you should post that in a bug report on our bug tracker. A good place to start looking for evidence would be Allakhazam using the Wayback Machine. Check the comment dates for the items against the dates for patches, and also check the Item ID of the items against items added during a similar patch. For example, the item I linked above is contained in Heavy Junkboxes, but has an item ID of 24281, which is in the range of item IDs created in the 1.12 patch. Furthermore, you can see a comment in the link above that says, "omg! new item!" that was posted on August 23rd, 2006. For reference, patch 1.12 was released on August 22nd, 2006. Using evidence like this in your bug report will be much more effecting than attempting to cite your memory 11 years after the fact.

Currently we have no plans to alter our itemization timelines.

You will need to use a bittorrent client to open that file. A .torrent file is just an address that lets you connect to other computers sharing that file, but you need to run it with a program designed to do that.

If you don't have that email then you will need to submit a 2FA removal request in the 2FA removal forum. There is a sticky post in there with the information we will need to do this for you.

I strongly suggest you try this with a raid present, because completing the quest summons cyclonian and he cannot be resummoned without GM assistance.

If you did not select a destination realm during the transfer window, your characters will be on the Anathema server.
