	It would be nearly impossible to tell whether you incidentally picked up a DK over the past 8 months or received one as the result of a bug unless you can be more specific about the timeframe.

No Nostarius characters were ever transferred to Elysium, because that was a fresh realm that launched weeks after Nostalrius-PvP.

	The character Chitaozinho was not active at all in our logs. Are you sure you weren't playing on Zeth'kur and had your character transferred to Anathema by default? There is no internal mechanism that could have resulted in players being transferred between Elysium and Anathema.

	Some tickets require a senior GM to help with, so they will have longer waiting times. Item restoration is a power that falls into this category. The good news for you is that it generally doesn't require your presence online to resolve, as the item can be mailed to your character. 	Try logging onto a throwaway account. If it is something that would not be allowed by our anticheat, it would ban you pretty quickly.

	It looks like you changed the loot type after the boss died? You need to have loot rights to the mob in order to loot the quest item at the time it's killed. 	Don't use the launcher to play on our servers. You need to open WoW.exe directly. Double check that your realmlist.wtf file is correctly connecting to our login server.
