Make sure that you're enabling time correction for codes when you enter your Elysium 2FA code into your authenticator app. Try re-adding it to make sure you did this. Also, make sure that your phone is synced to internet time.

What is the error you're receiving?

Unfortunately, we can't provide account names. Try searching your email for your account verification mail. That will have your account name in the subject.

The only way the GM team can restore your character is if you submit a GM ticket in-game. Read this thread for more information: https://forum.elysium-project.org/topic/47158-character-restoration-overview/

First, change your password and enable 2FA to prevent this from happening again. Then, submit a GM ticket in-game to both report the hacking and to potentially recover any irreplaceable quest items.

Delete your config.wtf as above. Alternatively, you can open it and change the server on the line that says "Set Realmname".

Is the guild charter in your main backpack?

Delete your config.wtf file in your WTF folder and manually select your realm when you log in for the first time.
