Firstly, your old Nostralius characters are gone. Nostralius stopped transfers many months ago. Unfortunately, the website here does not handle that. Sorry. I have use outlook, it worked for me, but gmail was faster. Typically you have to sign into the control panel and ask for another activation email.

Some email providers are better than other. personally I use a gmail address just for WoW. Create a gmail account. Create a new Account with account name and password. If the confirmation email does not come, log on to the Control Panel. There is an option to send another copy of the mail. Check the spam etc folders on your mail account. As to language versions, the forums have languages section. Ask there.

To access your account, you need the Account Name, and either the password or the registered email address. Without these we can not help. If WoW is still installed, or you have a backup of it, in the WoW folder is a folder called WTF, which has a folder called Accounts. In there is a folder with your account name.
