Every 12 hours, 12:00 and 24:00 the server backs up. This typically freezes Elysium, and blocks joining. Discord is full of woe. This may well be the problem here. When the donations come in, better backup solutions my well be part of the plans.

Avoid using addons that open the mail. Saying that, I have lost minor items myself without addons. As @Beltersays, it's a known problem.

This is an in-game ticket matter. But I would doubt it. You mis-clicked on UI elements. But that is up to the GM dealing with your ticket.

In the WoW folder is a WTF folder, inside that is a file called Config.wtf. Open that with a text ditor, Notepad is fine, Find the fine starting with SET realmName Delete the whole line. Save the file. Start WoW

Delete the WDB folder while exited from WoW.

We all make that mistake once, or, in my case, twice.

maybe it's the email address. Only one account for an email address. Suggestion. Create a new gmail account. Start over with this a new account name and a new password. Have these on a text document so you can copy paste them.
