You were being asked to give some others a chance to quest. Sure they could turn it into a PvP -fest. That's always a solution. 3. No, I iz a reel GM wit a ban hammer and stuff. Honest. Basically, there is sometimes a conflict between the letter of the law, which you seem to have concentrated on with some unfounded extrapolations , and a simple request to allow some others to get their quests done. The times were somewhat arbitrary, the words may have not been the best choice. Basically you can farm all you like. You need have no regard whatsoever as to making others questing a problem.
