This is best handled by an in-game ticket. The half-dead condition can be cured when you are off-line (usually). I have done this for you.

If you have not reinstalled WoW, look in your WoW folder for the WTF folder, in it for the Accounts folder. Thee will be subfolders for each account with their names. Otherwise, we can not help. For obvious security reasons, without the account name, you are out of luck.

Doomguards are allowed. They are part of the game.

The last time I sw this, it was only solved by reinstalling the client.

Then it's being blocked by the school's router/firewall.

If you do not know the account name of the email then you can not access the account. You lose the keys to your safe, you can not get at its contents.

These matters are repeated almost daily. What is the content of your realmlist.wtf file/? What directory are you running wow from? Programs? Is the WoW folder write protected, or is any of its contents? Have you deleted the WDB folder and the Config.wtf file in the WFT folder?

This is a bug. Please report it on bug reporter.

You are playing with Blizzard's client. The error messages are 'wrong". No one is going to rewrite the client. It means you have made too many attempts. Wait and try later. Google the causes of authenticator problems. Typically they are time sync problems.
