Please note the actions to be taken regarding a hacked character or account. We expect you to take take these precautions. At the end of that page is Quest item restoration. The GM tram are just not going to restore that long list. As you will see, restoration is distortionary. We do not restore every item that you may have been rewarded. Pick some best-in-slot and ask for that via in game ticket. And we do not manipulate PvP rand. Anything that is not a quest reward is not covered by the policy.

GMs do not deal with connectivity issues in game. Not all disconnects are caused by the sae problems, many are caused by the Internet outside our control, ISP, routing etc.

It's possible that a character deleted yesterday is overwritten and one deleted months ago is not. But both those are less likely. There's an element of luck. jet like undeleting a file on a hard drive.

Is you mail service using IMAP, if so you may still have a copy of the original mail.

You need the account name and Password/email. Two items. Without two of the three, the security risk is too hight.

Then you have a problem. I have used icloud me outlook gmail with no problem Start afresh. Create a new gmail address or iCloud alias. Use that to create a new account. Keep a text file ope with the account name and password so that you can copy paste them. If you are an Apple user, a Secure note is the place to store these details.

You are not going to be able to progress without the account name and the email address that you used when registering the account being correct.

If you are saying that it is not working as it should - bug tracker

Either mail or have two accounts. If you do they can meet in the city and hand stuff to each other - remember the restrictive multiboxing rules. Or even have a bank character on the second account as an intermediary.

It's possible. The two installations should be completely separate. A folder called Blizzard Games for those and another called Elysium for ours. The Launcher application may need redirecting, but other things may be messed up.
