Gemerally, not always, force quitting and staying logged out for 10 -15 minutes fixes this. Otherwise, wait for the ticket.

I can't read which file that you are running. Have you deleted the WDB folder?

Log onto the control panel and request a repeat email. That often works.

The characters with a 1 by them are characters with names the same as either the ones from the server they were moved from or ones that the moved names were judged to have abetter change. Just log onto the "1" names and a name change will be needed.
