Go to the control panel put in your password, click the link for lost password and proceed. And DON"T post your user name and password in a public forum. That's the route to reclaiming your account. If that fails, sorry.

I was banned a long time ago for seemingly no reason
Spionida replied to Rockenos's topic in Help & Support
Honestly, come on.. We do not ban people for "no reason". There is always a reason. It may be wrong. However, ban appeals. -

Character is stuck and freezes my computer when I log in
Spionida replied to Dv8's topic in Help & Support
I would normally advise you to make an in-game ticket. But Hiyabb has been moved, Often this helps. Try again to log on. Please do NOT post here if there is a further problem. In game ticket. -
You aren by your usage of "gotten" a NA player. There are many ISPs and intermediate links that can play badly with connecting to the servers. It's virtually impossible for us to comment on every variation. Maybe try a VPN.

Yes, they changed their minds. If you search there are many requests to transfer. No, it can not be done. Sorry

Check all these points Make sure that the client you downloaded was 1.12.1. People have been known to download others. If you are on Windows, make sure that the World of Warcraft folder is not in Programs, the desktop is fine. If you are on a Mac, make sure that the World of Warcraft folder and its contents are not write protected (Getinfo) Open the World of Warcraft folder - delete the WDB folder, it is cache and will rebuilt. Open the file realmlist.wtf with a text editor (NotePad/TextEdit) Make sure that the realmlist.wtf's CONTENTS are ONLY set realmlist logon.elysium-project.org There is a folder called WFT, open that, delete the file called Config.wtf if it is present. Start WoW.exe (Windows) or WoW Classic (mac) Enter your Username and password Choose a realm make sure that you use the username and password that logs you into the Control Panel. It is a separate one from the forum details.

You need your username, without it we can not help. If you have not uninstalled WoW, in the WTF folder is a folder called aAccount, the names of the accounts are there folders in there.. If you have a password, log in to the control panel . There is a link to send yourself a password reset to your registered email. If you click that, a popup will tell you the email address. Or. if you can not remember the password, on the control panel login is a link to send a reminder. You need the email on the following screen. To sum up. You need the account name, then you need the password or the email. We can not give any more help, for obvious security reasons. -

Bans from Discord are permabans. We are not going to get anywhere discussing the rights and wrongs. Surely you can make a new account easily enough?

If your World of Warcraft folder is inside Programs, move it out onto, say, the Desktop. Or run as an administrator.

What recruitment post, on the forums? PM me with the link. I will take a look, no promises.

I think that you walked right past the section on the way here :) https://forum.elysium-project.org/forum/491-2fa-removal-requests/

Have you had a forced name change? If so, write an in-game ticket. That's the way to get it changed back, or an explanation of why it would not be.
-
I understand that you made an in-game ticket regarding this. It has been passed to the Lead GM. If not, pm me and I can arrange for you to be contacted.

Please report his on the bug tracker.

There are many factors that come into play here, not just the server. Most do not have problems like this. It may be your ISP etc.

You are asking people who provide the client through torrents to keep it simple. If only. Typically you will download a compressed image file. It may well have a .zip or .rar extension if the file's properties are viewed. In that case, you will need to download a utility to decompress the file, unless your operating system has a decompression built in. Some OSes allow you to view files inside the compressed file as if they were decompressed, but that does not work for WoW. Clear as mud? Good luck.
