Please work through this list step by step. Please note that your account name/password are separate from your forum ones, even if you douse the same credentials. Go to the Control Panel Enter your Username and password. If it does not like these. Try the Forgot your password link. Enter your user name and email. Wait for the reminder. Make sure that you are logged off from the website - Logout on the sidebar if it is there. Trigged the email and enter a new password. If you can not find a valid Username and email combination, either try again - you are only allowed so many tries before there is a time interval before new ones can be tried - OR make a new email address, gmail works. Start making a new account. Username, email and password. have them on a separate document for this stage and copy paste them into the web pages as needed. If you still have problems, ask again, saying at what stage you get errors.

Name changes in game are not provided. Only ToU breaking names are changed.

Without a more specific error message, we would be far from sure. As to how to let it run off dx9, I leave for others.

This is a long-standing though intermittent issue that seems to have avoided fix attempts. I can be due to too many mail items in the recipient's mail box. It can come and then disappear. I have not found a definitive "cure". Here's one bug report, there are others.

The commonest cause for this is that the WoW folder is in the Programs folder and write protected. Run it as an administrator or move it out of Programs.

Try reinstalling the game. Delete the WDB folder, Config.wtf file. Restart your router.

The character would have been transferred to Anathema by default. We do not have a character transfer service/function.

Sorry, this is not possible. If the pants are enchanted again, it will overwrite the present enchantment.

Suggest deleting or setting aside the Config.wtf file in the WTF folder. As for ISPs blocking, they change their configuration, so it may be them.

Is it on one character or all?

Please check all three servers. If they are not there, an in-game ticket asking for a character restoration is the way to go.

Please delete your WDB folder. If that does not help, please report it at bug tracker.

It was frozen for a reason. The GM team do not ban people for no reason. They may be mistaken. However, ban appeals.

Well, if it broke the ToU, on an in game ticket. But it's not a ToU breach. Vanilla is a cruel game.
