Make an in-game ticket. State that you have deleted the WDB. Be sure that the WDB folder was deleted when you were fully exited from WoW. Logging off is not enough.

Poor behaviour should be reported in game on a ticket. Upload any images to imgur or similar. Add the link of those images to your ticket. Thanks. -

You should be able to recreate that. Make a text file with Notepad or whatever. Make the contents set realmlist logon.elysium-project.org. Save it as realmlist.wtf, right click it and check its extension is wtf, not txt.

I think you made an in-game ticket which I answered. It is an itemisation issue. The item should not have been in game as of Elysium's patch level.

There should be a pop up when you send the email address. Basically, an account name and email address are essential to the account's security. The password can be retrieved if you know these. We can not help if you do not know the email address. I would suggest that you try create a new account using the email that you thought you had used. It will not allow a second account to be created on the same email. Failing that. Start over with a new gmail account and try again.

It's a policy. I don't make it. I know what it is and I am stating it, as the GM did. I am sorry. I do realise your loss. But repeating your question will not get a different answer. The suggestions forum is the place to ask for policy changes.

As to itemisation we would need to know the realm that you are on. Also, I am unsure which item you are referring to. Please expand.

Emails can be delayed by some email providers. Search your spam etc folders carefully. Log onto the Control Panel add your details. You will be offered a chance to resend the email. -
This matter is handled in game. The GM is correct. From time to time "stuff" goes wrong on any private server. We do not fix these things, that's the Project's policy. I am sorry. You are not the first and you will not be the last.

1.12.1 is the version that we support. It should be in the folder, a patch list, follow the instructions below when you have downloaded the file. Make sure that you are working with a fully expanded set of files, not an archive/.rar etc Make sure that the client you downloaded was 1.12.1. People have been known to download others. If you are on Windows, make sure that the World of Warcraft folder is not in Programs, the desktop is fine. If you are on a Mac, make sure that the World of Warcraft folder and its contents are not write protected (Getinfo) Open the World of Warcraft folder - delete the WDB folder, it is cache and will rebuilt. Open the file realmlist.wtf with a text editor (NotePad/TextEdit) Make sure that the realmlist.wtf's CONTENTS are ONLY set realmlist logon.elysium-project.org There is a folder called WFT, open that, delete the file called Config.wtf if it is present. Start WoW.exe (Windows) or WoW Classic (mac) Enter your Username and password Choose a realm Usually good at this stage
