It should be happening, go to the 2FA removal requests forum.
-
Go back and reapply. That's the only place for help.
-
Glad that it worked.

Glad to help.

The "too many requests" is a simple software routine which restricts the number of attempts in a time frame. It rests, typically in a hour. As to getting the authenticator to work, google google authenticator problems for solutions. If this fails, request a 2FA removal. Software like Authy can help with phone changes etc.
-
Hopefully this has resolved, There is a maximum number of attempts allowed in a time slot. Typically this is one hour.
-
I am really sorry. The firm policy of the Project is not to correct these errors. It may seem harsh but once you allow it for one, you have to allow it for all.
-
Sorry we could not help.
-
Pleased it worked out

There are some bugs with the keyring and items displaying. Maybe try removing some items from the keyring and seeing if they display after a relog. Please see this issue for a solution.
-
Admit that I had to look it up :)
-
That seems to be true.
-
Hopefully they will arrive in due course.

Ban appeals forum Only you and authorised people can see your appeal.

Roll backs do happen from time to time. These are typically caused by server crash. I am sorry but we can not compensate for items, xp, skills, quests, or gold lost during roll backs except for certain epic items if there is sufficient video evidence. Further information can be found in our Terms of Use.
-
Please make an in-game ticket regarding this.
-
Thanks for that information. Glad that it worked out.
-
Sorry, that is not possible. You will need to request 2FA removal. I would suggest something like Authy to avoid this kind of problem in the future.

Quit WoW Go to the World of Warcraft folder, open the WTF folder, delete the file Config.wtf -
Hello, closed = banned. Your account may have been compromised. Make a ban appeal.
-
You have to have had, that's how it works. But, whatever, it has 2FA on it if you are being asked for a code. Try logging via the Control panel
-
This would mean that the hacker has access to the email address that you used to register the account. I would try to remove this 2-factor authorisation first.

Make sure that the client you downloaded was 1.12.1. People have been known to download others. If you are on Windows, make sure that the World of Warcraft folder is not in Programs, the desktop is fine. If you are on a Mac, make sure that the World of Warcraft folder and its contents are not write protected (Getinfo) Open the World of Warcraft folder - delete the WDB folder, it is cache and will rebuilt. Open the file realmlist.wtf with a text editor (NotePad/TextEdit) Make sure that the realmlist.wtf's CONTENTS are ONLY set realmlist logon.elysium-project.org There is a folder called WFT, open that, delete the file called Config.wtf if it is present. Start WoW.exe (Windows) or WoW Classic (mac) Enter your Username and password Choose a realm Usually good at this stage -
No, we can not do that. You will have to apply for it to be removed and then apply again. I would suggest looking at a system similar to Authy to avoid these problems.
