The "too many requests" is a simple software routine which restricts the number of attempts in a time frame. It rests, typically in a hour. As to getting the authenticator to work, google google authenticator problems for solutions. If this fails, request a 2FA removal. Software like Authy can help with phone changes etc.

There are some bugs with the keyring and items displaying. Maybe try removing some items from the keyring and seeing if they display after a relog. Please see this issue for a solution.

No, we can not do that. You will have to apply for it to be removed and then apply again. I would suggest looking at a system similar to Authy to avoid these problems.
